Moving along the plot thickens, I have now concluded with Part II in The Stockholm Octavo by Karen Engelmann. Engaging, always wanting to know more and follow along with the characters paths to meet what they meet.
The Uzanne is becoming more brazen in her work to snare pawns in her game to set Sweden on a different political path. One may think that this poor widow with an obsession for fans is but an innocent lady that means no harm, but she certainly has her eyes set on a much different path.
Our Sekretaire, Mr. Emil Larsson, is still trying to figure out all his eight players from his Octavo. He has settled on the majority but still has a couple he just isn't sure who fits the bill. Can he quickly figure them out and push all his players in place to lock with Mrs. Sparrows Octavo before The Uzanne's plan stops them both dead in their tracks?
