My dear friend at Classical Carousel has lovingly talked me into yet another challenge for 2014. First she talked me into the Eugene Onegin RAL, ok, I did need to finish this book. I started it in November and made it three chapters. I think this was her plan to get me to finish War and Peace, which I am woefully behind on.
So, the challenge, hosted by Behold the Stars is for Russian Literature. Sign-up opening post with full details is located here. The short version:
The host is a classic's blogger, so please limit to classic literature. It can be a novel by a Russian author or a book set in Russia, and how you choose to define "classic" is up to you. And, of course, you can use books from any other challenge you've set yourself. Finally, you can list your books before you start, or, like me, you can just explore and read whatever comes your way.
There are four levels:
1. Eugene Onegin by Alexander Pushkin (2/7/14)
2. Doctor Zhivago by Boris Pasternak (7/29/14)
3.
4.
